Welcome to our site, part of the Babyyful LLC Network of Sites, (together with its subdomains, Content, and Marks, the “Site”) or our application for mobile (the “App”). The Site and the App collectively will be defined as “Our Services.” Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using Our Services so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to Babyyful LLC ('Babyyful', 'we', 'our', or 'us'). By accessing or using the Site or by downloading, accessing, and/or using the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering a binding legal agreement with us and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy that can be accessed by clicking here (the 'Terms').   12. User Submissions.7.1. Responsibility.The Site may permit the submission, hosting, sharing, and publishing of Content by you and other users ("User Submissions"). You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, we do not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions. You shall be solely responsible for your User Submissions and the consequences of posting, publishing, or uploading them.   21. Termination.We may terminate your access to the Site at any time and at our sole discretion upon notice to you. Upon termination of your access to the Site, these Terms shall also terminate, except for those sections that are intended to survive termination.

  25. 13.4. Assignment.You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Babyyful may assign or transfer any of its rights and obligations hereunder without restriction or notification.
  26. 13.5. Governing Law.These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  27. 13.6. Dispute Resolution.Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in State of Texas, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

By using Our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
